Please read carefully before using this website. By accessing easternext.com you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. This includes a mandatory arbitration clause and class action waiver in Section 11.
Agreement to Terms
This website is owned and operated by Eastern Exteriors LLC, a Maryland-licensed home improvement contractor (MHIC #137274) serving the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area at easternext.com.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and Eastern Exteriors LLC. Your use of the website constitutes acceptance, enforceable as if you had signed it in writing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract. Our website is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact info@easternext.com immediately.
User Conduct
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Without our prior written consent, you may not:

- Modify, distribute, or re-post content for any purpose

SMS & Text Message Opt-In
We operate an SMS text messaging program for estimates, scheduling, service updates, and promotional offers. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive messages as described below.
To opt in: Submit a form on easternext.com, verbally consent on a call, or text START to our business number. You confirm you own or are authorized to use the number.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. Re-subscribe anytime by opting in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not required for purchase. You never need to agree to texts to buy our services. Mobile info will not be shared with third parties for marketing.
Electronic Communications

You verify that all contact information you provide is accurate and belongs to you. You agree to notify us within 30 days of any change. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Important: You agree that any claim must be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action.
Generally. “Claim” means any dispute between you and Eastern Exteriors LLC relating to your use of the website, our services, or these terms. Both parties agree to binding, confidential arbitration rather than court.
Exceptions. Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court. Trade secret, patent, copyright, and trademark disputes are excluded.
Pre-dispute procedures. Before filing a Claim, you must send us a written description of your dispute. We will work in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.
Rules and venue. Arbitration follows JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules before a single retired judge or experienced attorney. It may take place in your federal district, by phone, or in writing. Claims must begin within one year.
Fees. We pay filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees. Each party covers their own legal costs.
Opt-out. You may opt out within 30 days of first using our website by sending written notice to the address in Section 14.
Excluded claims venue. Any excluded controversy shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maryland.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. Provisions concerning intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, liability, and arbitration survive termination.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept them. For material changes to arbitration, we will give notice and an opt-out opportunity.
